FACILITY DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
All users of the Resource Authority (RASCO) facility are required to follow the regulations below to ensure safe and efficient operations:
• Obey all traffic signs and remain on designated roadways at all times.
• Follow all directions given by transfer station personnel, including spotters, inspectors, and clerks.
• Untarp all loads before entering the unloading area.
• Unload promptly and with consideration for other facility users.
• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on RASCO property.
• Appropriate attire is required at all times, including enclosed shoes for safety.
• Load inspections may be conducted at the discretion of RASCO inspectors or designated personnel. Loads may be redirected to a designated area for further inspection if necessary.
• Children and animals must remain inside vehicles at all times.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout all RASCO facilities.
• Obstruction or interference with any RASCO employee, contractor, or authorized representative performing official duties is strictly prohibited. This includes any act of threat, violence, or behavior that could reasonably cause harm to any person.
• Hot loads (loads containing smoldering or burning material) must be reported to RASCO personnel before proceeding to the unloading area.
• Scavenging is prohibited. Unauthorized removal, stealing, trading, or use of materials from RASCO property is not allowed.
• Noncompliance with these requirements may result in service refusal and/or permanent banning from the facility.
