Our Transfer Station accepts all waste EXCEPT HAZARDOUS WASTE. A list of household hazardous waste items, rules, and a schedule of collection event dates and times can be found here. You are permitted to attend surrounding counties' collections.

RATES: Effective August 1, 2024*

WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT AND DEBIT FOR PAYMENT

• Disposal Fee: $70/ton with a $8.00 minimum

• Tree and Yard Waste, Clean & Untreated Pallets: $40/ton with a $8.00 minimum

• Mixed Loads of Trash and Tree & Yard Waste: $70/ton with a $8.00 minimum

• Mixed Loads of Trash and Tires: $125/ton with a $8.00 minimum

• Manifested Tires: $55.00 (Sumner County only)

• Non-Manifested Tire Loads (Sumner County only): $125/ton

• TIRE LOADS FROM OUT OF COUNTY ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Recycling Information

The following items are acceptable to recycle at our location:

• Plastic #1-#2 Containers, Bottles & Jugs ONLY

• Glass (Brown, Clear, & Green Bottles & Jars ONLY)

• Cardboard

• Tin and Aluminium cans

• Newspaper, Magazines, and Mixed Office Papers

• Used Motor Oil and Antifreeze*

The following items are NOT acceptable to recycle at our location:

• Plate or Window Glass

• Mirrors

• Light bulbs

• Plastic bags of any kind

• Styrofoam

• PVC

*Used batteries and electronic waste are accepted, and will be weighed and charged at the tonnage rate of $70/ton.
